Sweat towel and a water bottle. Please ensure your legs are covered to avoid friction burns and avoid loose fitting clothing where possible. This is a barefoot activity but you can look at grippy yoga socks if you'd prefer your feet to be covered.

Out of respect for our instructors and the warm ups that are required for your safety, you must arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class. Due to the nature of this class, you may not be able to participate if you arrive after the class has started. We wish to encourage you to try and be prompt to get the most out of your sessions and to help with the flow of the studio.
