Once Membership or Class Credit is purchased, you must book the classes you’d like to attend within the specified time frame.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy, Rescheduling Bookings & No Shows. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you would like to reschedule a class you’ve booked, log into your account, click “My Account” and select “Cancel’ on the class you’d like to reschedule, before the 24 hour cut off time. From here, your credits will be refunded to your BSport account and you can book into another class, with that pass, within a month of your purchase date. Please note that 3 No Shows will result in a £10 charge to your account and your credits will not be refunded.
Waiting List Protocol. If you’re on the waiting list, you must keep an eye on being automatically moved into a class, if a space becomes available. You’ll be notified of this move by email from our booking system; please check your junk mail and/or save info@thebodypeople.co.uk in your contacts. Alternatively you can log into your account to see if you’ve been moved into the class. Our system automatically books in a member from the waitlist once a spot becomes available and will deduct the credit(s) from a valid pass.
Monthly Rolling Contract. To cancel a Rolling Membership, please email admin@thebodypeople.co.uk before your renewal date.
Refund Policy. Please note that a fee of £2.50 to cover admin and booking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Late Comers. Our Saturday Step Classes do NOT allow late comers, you will not be allowed to join these classes.
