AERIAL HOOP
Strength, shapes and a little bit of circus!
Ever fancied hanging out in a giant metal hoop? Here’s your chance!
Aerial Hoop uses a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling. You’ll learn how to get into the hoop, balance, spin and create impressive shapes both inside and around it.
Like Aerial Sling, the apparatus allows you to sit and support your body while learning tricks. However, the solid steel hoop can make certain movements more physically demanding, so it’s generally considered a step up in difficulty.
Expect to challenge your upper-body and core strength, flexibility and coordination while learning skills that look pretty spectacular!
Beginner-friendly: Yes! Our Open Level classes welcome complete beginners, with progressions for those with experience.nergised, empowered, and ready to conquer new heights—both on and off the hoop.
