We offer a range of Pole Classes!

  • Pole Dance: Learn sultry spins, fluid transitions, and invigorating tricks in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Join a community that celebrates every curve and triumph. This class mainly uses static pole.

  • Pole Fitness: This transformative class builds core strength, flexibility, and self-assurance.

  • Queer Pole: Welcomes all bodies and allies of the LGTBQ+ community but priorities the QTBIPOC. We frequently use the spin mode of the pole in this class.

    Out of respect for our instructors and the warm ups that are required for your safety, you must arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class. Some classes require you to arrive 10 min early to settle in and set up your stations. We understand that sometimes “life happens” especially if you have a baby in tow - but we wish to encourage you to try and be prompt to get the most out of your sessions and to help with the flow of the studio.
