YOGA

We offer a range of Yoga classes including:

  • Yin Yoga (slow-paced style of yoga, with postures that are held for longer periods of time)

  • Pride Yoga (LGBTQI+ Friendly) (Allies welcome! Incorporating Mudras & Pranayama to ground the practice)

  • Vinyasa Yoga (Poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence.)
