NEW YEARS WORKSHOP

January doesn’t need more pressure.

It needs softness, movement, creativity, and space to breathe.

A 2-hour immersive workshop designed to gently wake the body out of winter hibernation,

reconnect creativity, and ground intentions for the year ahead - without rushing or forcing.

This is a calm, community-led experience that blends movement, making, and rest.

✨ What to expect

🧘🏽‍♀️ Gentle Stretch & Conditioning (20 mins)

A slow, accessible movement session to mobilise the body, reconnect with breath and settle the nervous system. Suitable for all levels.

✂️ Guided Moodboarding (60 mins)

An analogue, old-school cut-and-stick moodboarding session - no Pintrest, no pressure.

You’ll be gently guided to reflect on:

• What you’re calling in

• What you’re ready to release

• How you want this next chapter to feel

Materials provided (canvas paper, glue, pens).

Please bring any magazines, print-outs, or creative scraps you’d like to use.

🔔 Sound Bath (30 mins)

A grounding sound bath to close the workshop and “seal in” intentions, leaving you feeling rested, supported, and regulated.
